Sentinel Turrets Outside Fort Tarsis

Turrets are equipment that rapidly fire munitions against anything that does not belong to the faction which created the said turret. Most factions have their own turrets designed to attack enemies on sight.

Sentinel Turrets

Sentinel Turrets are those used by the Sentinels of Bastion. These are usually set up on strategic locations such as vicinity of settlements, on the walls of cities, around Sentinel bases outside settlements and near areas where there are many adverse factions have caused trouble. Usually Sentinel turrets are white in color.

Dominion Turrets

Dominion Turrets are used by Dominion groups during their incursion or camping activities. These turrets are black in color. There are three types of Dominion Turrets:

• Gauss Turret
• Flak Turret
• Missile Turret

Scar Turrets

Turret Mounting Scar from Anthem:Conviction

Scar Turrets are used by Scar during their infestation or camping activities. These turrets are rusted and dull in color. t is truly unknown how Scars built turrets. In Conviction, scars were shown using a mountable turret that was used by an unknown type of scar. There are three types of Scar Turrets:

• Grenade Turret
• Machine Gun Turret
• Rocket Turret

Outlaw Turrets

Outlaws use a version of Scar Machine Gun Turret during their incursion or camping activities. They are simply called Outlaw Turrets. It is unknown whether this technology was stolen from Scars or whether Scars stole the outlaw turret designs and modified them for their own purposes.

Trivia

• The aforementioned Turret Mounting Scar is also shown in The Art of Anthem. It is unknown if it was going to be added to the game later down the line. But from the lore perspective, Conviction takes place many years before 468 LV, so it would mean that the Turret Mounted scar was from the past and would not have resurfaced.
