Trivia (May Contain Spoilers)
- Titan's Hail is the only gear named after a Fauna. In this case, an Elemental.
- Titan's Hail cannot detonate combos, contrary to the mis-belief that it can since its upgraded counterpart Venom Storm can. The reason why it was believed to be a detonator was because of its old flavor text.
- Titan's Hail previously had a different flavor text at launch:
- Upgraded Burst Mortar: Special shells burst across wide area. Burst Mortar can now trigger explosive combos.
- Even with its old masterwork perk that claimed to allow Titan’s Hail to detonate combos, it actually did not detonate any combos. So, because of that, in a later update its perk was changed.
- Gears are the only combat items that share their base design with their upgraded design.
