The Solarium Court is a district of Academy Ruins Subregion found within the region of Northern Bastion, located in the nation of Bastion, on the planet Coda, as of the year 468 LV.

History

From the type of architecture, it can be assumed that it was built after the disbanding of Legion of Dawn. It is unknown when the Solarium was built. Unfortunately, it was only halfway constructed, before the project was abandoned.

Sometime before the present day, Yarrow built a memorial shrine for his deceased friend Garnet. As of 468 LV, this unfinished structure is overgrown with special flora, like the Sunset Flower, one of which Yarrow has planted by this shrine. The Freelancer was asked by Yarrow to light Garnet’s shrine after fighting several Outlaws in the vicinity.

Geography and Layout

Solarium Court is a structure with post-Legion Era architecture. It was said to have been built by an Arcanist and an Engineer. While the solarium itself wasn’t fully built, since not a lot of glass or room for sunlight can be seen, it has effigies of sword-bearing Legion Warriors.

Minor flora and fauna such as bugs and butterflies can be found here.

In the time of the urgoth, free humans lived underground, and with the urgoth defeat, humans sought to live above ground, in the open. An Engineer and an Arcanist set out to build a wondrous solarium, where people from all over could come to find peace and reflection in nature… of course, that didn’t go so well. The project had to be abandoned halfway through construction when the workers were eaten by a pack of Brutes. The moral learned from the Solarium Court is that looking for peace in nature is impossible.
