The Inlet District is a district of The Approach Subregion found within the region of The Echo of Reality, located in the nation of Bastion, on the planet Coda, as of the year 468 LV.
History
The Inlet District is a district that may have not existed before Vara Brom caused Echoes of Reality to encroach upon Bastion. If it did, it very likely was an area of wilderness which was likely never charted.
In 468 LV, this district was visited by the Freelancer during the effort to silence the Echoes of Reality. The Freelancer enjoyed a day at the beach by the Inlet by taking a stroll along the sandy shores during this time. The Freelancer also completed a circle of Arcanists orbs around the Inlet near a broken Shaper Spine. The Freelancer unlocked a Shaper Sphere in the location.
Geography and Layout
The Inlet is a small arm of a sea or other sizeable water body, and in this case, an arm of the Armas Bay. The Inlet has a large deep-water lake in the middle with minor ruins submerged it. A massive, ruined Shaper Spine is seen here, by which a large flock of birds fly. There is a Gate Pad found inside the deep water.
Many plants are found inside the water and around the inlet’s beach. There are also several animals that live around here. The rarely seen Storm Elementals are noticed flying here.

Cortex
This location currently doesn't have any exclusive cortex entry found in the game. The Inlet District may have been mentioned in certain situations such as, the Freelancer having conversations or overhearing when the people in Coda speak, or mentioned outside the game in legitimate sources like the official tie-in media.
Expedition List
The Inlet District isn't particularly visited during any expedition. However, it is possible that The Inlet District may have served as a connection between two locations during some expeditions. There may also be several instances of World Events in Freeplay or Cataclysm Events inside Cataclysms that show up in or around this place.

- This district or its surroundings will look different during various seasonal times, which includes the presence or absence of various cataclysmic storms.
- The districts of the Echo of Reality are given literal names, unlike the ones from Northern Bastion.
- The Inlet is the only place where exactly 3 Storm Elementals are seen flying. In Anthem PTS—the play test server version of Anthem—there were many more Storm Wyverns flying here.
