The Garrison at Velathra is a district of Academy Ruins Subregion found within the region of Northern Bastion, located in the nation of Bastion, on the planet Coda, as of the year 468 LV.
History
A garrison was constructed near the Arcanist Academy at Velathra by Arden Vassa. The Garrison used to house Sentinels to protect the researchers.
The region around the Garrison was a home to the Dirx Family. When Velathra was destroyed by a cataclysm caused by the volatility of the Ring Gate—due to a seismic activity— all Sentinels near tis area perished, because they bravely tried to evacuate the area.
During the mid Legion Victorious era, the Garrison was the final place of Battle of Gao's Choice, where Scars ambushed Sentinel Commander Yandek Gao. It was actually the Freelancers who saved him and his strider. The Garrison at Velathra district is also a memorial of Skirmish at Scavenger Point.
In 468 LV, the Garrison at Velathra was visited by the Freelancer several times—to help Yarrow light shrines for lost lancers and also assist Sentinel Lieutenant Brin find missing Arcanist equipment. The location has become an important stop point for Haluk's Strider so that his team can easily venture around.
