Tactical Advantage is a Component that is used to provide armor and shield reinforcements to a Javelin. Apart from these Health reinforcements, it also provides javelins with additional perks that improve their overall combat prowess, making it a type of Combat Equipment.

Tactical Advantage is classified as a Ranger Component that can only be used by the Ranger Javelin.

Note: All numeric values (except the power level) mentioned are only applicable to the default state of the Component. It may be possible to increase or decrease the net values using inscriptions, but they will not be shown.

This item has a special ability, which is a procedural perk that can be activated by performing an action mentioned in its masterwork perk.

Masterwork Perk: Weak point hits lower thruster-heat buildup by 80% for 10 seconds.

Blueprint and Crafting

Tactical Advantage is an item that can be crafted. It requires different amounts of resources depending upon its rarity. Complete the requirement in Blueprint Acquisition to unlock the Blueprint. Then craft the item in the Forge using the resources.

Unlocked blueprints can be found in the Craft tab located under the appropriate combat equipment slot (Component/Component/Component) of a javelin in the loadouts tab of the Forge.

• This component can make ranger fly longer and hover for durations that almost rivals Colossus. It works well with weapons that can do weak point damage.
• Combined Arms and Tactical Advantage are the only two masterwork components that can be crafted.
• Components are the only combat items that have a completely unique base design and upgraded design icons, and not simply a reskinned version of existing items.
• A base version (Epic/Rare/Uncommon/Common) component can be stacked with its upgraded version (Masterwork/Legendary) component.
