Location District Stinging Gulch District Header Image

Stinging Gulch is a district of Eastern Reach Subregion found within the region of Northern Bastion, located in the nation of Bastion, on the planet Coda, as of the year 468 LV.

History

Stinging Gulch has been an eerie ravine without any water flow. Long ago, vesnids had built a massive hive in this area. This may be the reason why it is called Stinging Gulch.

In 468 LV, the Freelancer hasn’t visited this location much, except when dealing with the nearby Scar presence. However, during the time of Icetide of the same year, the lancers setup the one of the toughest Time Trials of 468 LV called Stone Canyon Run.

Of course not everything beyond the wall will kill you. Some of the birds are quite friendly. I was watching a flock of indigoes when I wandered into the Hollows, completely missing the huge insect colonies. The insects swarmed and damaged my javelin. It was pure luck that I wasn’t eaten by wolven right there! Which brings me to the point of this guide: while not everything is trying to kill you, it may get you killed anyway. Stay home.
