Shadowmark is a district of Ruins of Shadowmark Subregion found within the region of Northern Bastion, located in the nation of Bastion, on the planet Coda, as of the year 468 LV.

History

Shadowmark was a settlement, mostly for arcanists between 206 and 458 LV. Arcanists used to study the anzu ruins located in its center. Since the advent of the Heart of Rage, and as titans were seen breaching the Shadow Lock, Shadowmark was abandoned and its residents were taken to various other locations, including Fort Tarsis.

In 468 LV, the Freelancer took a moment to appreciate the Clam before the Storm n Shadowmark. During the festival of Icetide, the Freelancers setup several Time Trials. One of them was Dark Water Run, whose end platform was situated in Shadowmark.

Geography and Layout

While most of Shadowmark ruins have been renamed into other disricts, the central location is still considered as Shadowmark district. At its center is an anzu ruin which has been sinking more and more each day. Wide variety of aquatic flora and fauna are found here, and consequently, this place has been given the name, Sunken Gardens. There are tall rock formations with woody bushes surrounding Shadowmark.

There is a ruined building adjacent to the cenote which has statues of Legion Warriors around it. Inside this ruin are effigies of Legion lancers in the center. Now-a-days, only hostile forces such as Dominion are seen here in the overgrown ruins. They are stopped by ally lancers.
