The Ribbon Flora, when outside waters, tends to hide inside the ground. When an object approaches it, it emerged outside to sway gracefully and lure them. If anything comes into contact with the flora’s tendrils, it will cause an electric discharge and zap it. When underwater, it seems to always remain out in the open.
If a javelin touched the tendrils when not in water, it can be set under Electrocuted Status and receive constant damage.
