Prospero is a Freelancer who runs the Forge in Fort Tarsis. He sells different vanity items on a rotation in the Featured Store.

Propero tasks the player with finding ember to relight the Forge.
Dialogue[]
After finding the Javelin of Dawn:
"I told you that story about the titan we followed? Well, a shot.
Well yeah, my aim was pretty wicked. It's just Uh, it's hard to be a Freelancer from the ground. I'm only telling you this because I like you, but... it freaked me out. I'm afraid of heights.
