Power or Power Level is the level of any Combat Equipment or Javelin which indicated the rarity of that equipment/javelin. Power level of an obtained combat equipment is primarily determined by Pilot Level. It is usually shown as the biggest sized numeric value on the statistics of any item.
Mechanism
- The Power Level of any combat equipment will be the <Pilot Level + a fixed number.
- Power Level of a javelin is the sum of all the Power Levels of equipped combat equipment.
- Power level plays a major role in dealing damage:
Note: Exotic Masterwork and Exotic Legendary are special rarity that can only be acquired in specific way or in specific difficulty. They aren’t really a class of rarity, but simply higher powered items obtained through specific means other than Loot.
Combat Equipment Power
Combat Equipment have a wide range of power levels that ultimately do not influence the rarity of any item. For example: It is possible to get a Power Level 10 combat equipment of all rarities.
However, Power Levels of items will be capped at different rarities. Also, depending on the power, the damage done by the equipment will vary. There are different types and number of inscriptions available to different rarity items.
Combat Equipment Rarity
A Combat equipment's Power Level begins with 1 and can have a maximum value of 80. Different rarity equipment will have level capped at a maximum value.

Javelin Power
When all the Power Levels of all the equipped combat equipment are added, a javelin’s Power Level is obtained. Reaching certain values will upgrade a javelin with a new rarity. The power level determines a damage multiplier to the base Combo damage and Ultimate damage. The higher the power level, the better damage output these two will provide.
