Phiranix are hostile aquatic creatures that attack anything on sight.
Etymology and Anatomy
Phiranix get their name from the corruption of the word Piranha (A sharp-toothed predatory fish).
Phiranix are scaly fish. Not much is known about them other than their reputation for gnawing on objects. They have pointed teeth that help them easily bite on their prey. Phiranix are carnivores and have also been known to eat humans.
Narrative Involvement
Phiranix aren’t seen in-game. But they live under water, and even in open sewers.
Phiranix can be eaten, but they must be gutted first, sometimes even boiled in pots. Even then, they aren’t the most delicious food. They are most commonly eaten by outlaws.
