A total of 12 cortex entries make reference to Overlooks (Library).

Overlooks were are Freelancer locations that provide a beautiful vista of a Sub Region in any Region of Bastion. These locations have books where Freelancer write various experiences as they pass by. The tradition has ended with the invention of Archives and Amplifiers, but the writings from old Freelancers can still be read. Sometimes Freelancers write their thoughts in the these books when they pass by even today.
