North Rock is a district of Ruins of Shadowmark Subregion found within the region of Northern Bastion, located in the nation of Bastion, on the planet Coda, as of the year 468 LV.
History
North Rock may be named after a large rock by the northern edge of Northern Bastion. Long time ago, before the evacuation of Shadowmark, the people living there held an annual summer festival in North Rock.
In 468 LV, when the Freelancer decided to help Matthias to find the location of the Elysian Manuscript, the starting point to reach the Hidden Depths and follow Ancient Footsteps. The Freelancer also followed the Dominion signal to find the location of the Spear Battalion, and later during the Hunt for Doctor Harken.
Geography and Layout
North Rock has several convoluted rock formations here. The vegetation here is abundant and many animals call this location their home. At the edge of North Rock is a special effigy dedicated to the Legion of Dawn. There is a permanently burning fire brazier lit against it. The most striking feature of the effigy, unlike others found is that there is a flag flying on a pole it holds—is this the flag of Bastion?
