Monument Watch is a subregion within the region of Northern Bastion, located in the nation of Bastion, on the planet Coda, as of the year 468 LV. Monument Watch is located in the northern parts of Northern Bastion. It shares a border with Emerald Abyss Subregion, High Road Subregion, and Ruins of Shadowmark Subregion. It also has a massive lake in its northern side, whose name is unrevealed.
History
Monument Watch was a flatland a long time ago. An unknown event caused it to turn into a canyon. It is thought that the Shaper spine fond nearby became volatile and turned this location into a canyon. This canyon has been the house to the largest Shaper relic in Northern Bastion—the Monument. While it is active, it remains non-volatile for now. Arcanists regularly keep an eye on it and monitor it for dangerous activities. Sentinels remain to keep a guard. The Dominion are seen trying to take over this region for a while now.
Geography and Layout
What existed here before the cataclysm started taking over is unknown. It may never be possible ot determine the real truth behind this area. There is at least one rift, one Pocket of Stable Reality, and one Central Crystal apparatus here. Monument Watch has been an open location with larger than life Shaper structures. There are absolutely no human or scar structures, including any Legion Era ruins. There is however, one anzu ruin underground, whose entrance is, unfortunately in a different subregion. While some macroscopic flora is found, most of them are microscopic, living on the structures. Some animals are seen living here.
Flora, Creatures, and Enemy
Monument Watch Subregion is a vast Subregion with multiple locations and changing environment. The vegetation and animal life varies depending on these environments.
