Meadow Flower is a non-hostile type flora that grows on planet Coda. It is quite mesmerizing to watch these plant-life. Meadow Flower is used as an ornamental plant. Because of their appearance, they are valued for its beauty and used in decorations.
Etymology and Anatomy
Meadow Flowers aren’t actually a named flora. They are flowers that grow in clusters of grassy meadows. These plants have a long stem that can sprout multiple flowers and buds. Their leaves are slender and long. Both the flowers and other parts of the plants can have a different color during different seasons.
Narrative Involvement
Meadow flowers can be encountered in open grassy areas when the Freelancer is outside the walls in Northern Bastion.
In 468 LV, when the Freelancer went to meet Sentinel Dax, a nobleman called Lord Roye presented her with these flowers because she was third in line for the throne of Antium, which she took and handed over to Karney, a man who tried to steal a purse. When Cardea Dell was found after solving the Mystery of the Emerald Abyss, Roye presented similar flowers to Cardea instead, because she became fifth in line for the throne of Antium, pushing Dax to twelfth position.
Cortex
This flora currently doesn't have any exclusive cortex entry found in the game. Meadow Flower may have been mentioned in the dialogs when the Freelancer participates in conversations, or overheard when the people of Coda speak with each other, or mentioned outside the game in legitimate sources like the official tie-in media.

Behavior and Abilities
The Meadow Flowers like to gently sway in the wind. These flowers change their color during different seasons. They are usually bright orange during summer, yellow during autumn, red during winter, and green during spring. These are the only known flora to show this behavior in all 4 seasons. During winter their whole body turns red, and during other seasons, they remain green.
