Maxine, who goes by Max, is the owner of the bar in Fort Tarsis. She won it from Dusty in a game of cards.
Max is originally from Fortuo, though she has only been there a couple of times herself. She was actually born on a Strider, halfway between Bastion and the Mirelands.
Max has a wife who prefers it when she keeps regular hours.
