This all-purpose communication device allows lancers to stay in contact with each other through shortwave radio, as well as maintain mental contact with cyphers. Cyphers can also act as a conduit for additional parties to observe and comment on lancer activities. Early experiments between Corvus and the Satomi dabbled in sensory linking between all parties.
