Many members of the Freelancers faction also belong to other factions within their country. The list will be updated when more information becomes available. The mentioned people have been a part of the Freelancers Faction at least once in their life.

Alston Xen

Alston Xen was a Freelancer who, along with Freelancer Chenda Dhoe and Sentinel Kriti Ving fought against the titans breaching the Shadow Lock during the exodus from Shadowmark and sacrificed their lives.

Ardsley

Ardsley is a rookie Freelancer who was being trained by Haluk during the Icetide of 468 LV while travelling in his strider. Ardsley uses an Interceptor javelin with a paint job that resembled phiranix scales.

Averen

Averen is a Freelancer who wonders if it would ever be possible to enter the Fortress of Dawn in the Fortress of Dawn Subregion.

Bloom

Bloom is a Freelancer who tried to save an outlaw from a tesilar attack, but the outlaw attacked the Freelancer. This incident occurred in the Valley of Tarsis Subregion, after Bloom cleared some mantikars out of the Haven.

Bowden Klass

Bowden Klass was a Freelancer that belonged to the guild Bantam Ursix 4, but was killed by skorpions while silencing a Cataclysm in the High Road Subregion. He is remembered by his fellow guild-mates.

Catti

Catti is a Freelancer who once stuck a flare on the head of the Legion of Dawn armor in the Launch Bay, which caused her javelin to be grounded for 2 weeks.

Chenda Dhoe

Chenda Dhoe was a Freelancer who, along with Freelancer Alston Xen and Sentinel Kriti Ving fought against the titans breaching the Shadow Lock during the exodus from Shadowmark and sacrificed their lives.

Ellers

Ellers is a Freelancer who sees the mysterious storm cloud in the sky. Ellers writes a letter about this weather phenomenon to Lucky Jak.

Falk

Falk is a member of the Freelancer guild called Bantam Ursix 4 who was involved in silencing a cataclysm in the High Road Subregion.

Gurney

Gurney was a Freelancer from the time of the extension project of Fort Tarsis. When Scars arrived in 413 LV, Gurney assured that those creatures would be dealt within a week. This assurance wasn't fulfiled as of 468 LV.

Jameson

Jameson is a Freelancer who equipped as Interceptor javelin during the Season of Skulls Festival of 468 LV to patrol the crowd. When the Fort Tarsis citizens were allowed outside the gates during the lighting ceremony of the gate bonfire, a pale white wolven attacked a girl named Rin. Jameson flew around the beast, hitting it with his machine pistol to draw it away. The wolven managed to leap and catch his javelin's leg, which after the fauna's defeat, showed a lot of damage. However, he was one of the freelancers who was a reason why Rin was alive that night.

Kickin' Korox

Kickin' Korox is a Freelancer guild whos members were surveying the sinking of Shadowmark, before the place became Ruins of Shadowmark Subregion.

Korlia

Korlia is a member of the Freelancer guild called Bantam Ursix 4 who was involved in silencing a cataclysm in the High Road Subregion.

Krulion

Krulion is a Freelancer who found the strider Hesperus, onboard which, was Governor Teak, and Sentinel Baylen Charl. Unfortunately, no bodies were found when looking around in the Eastern Reach Subregion.

Oskar

Oskar was a lancer who silenced a volatile Shaper relic before it could spew out a creature made of fire and wings.

Parion

Parion is a Freelancer tracking Outlaws in the unsafe area around the Monument in Monument Watch Subregion.

Perrin

Perrin is a Freelancer who fought Scars in Skystone in the East Gate Subregion, because of whom, it might have been possible to warn the Sentinel on the Heliost side to hold the Skystone Lock.

Rhymer

Rhymer is a Freelancer poet who likes to write rhyming poetry. His work can be seen in the documentations around Emerald Abyss Subregion

Richards

Richards is a Freelancer who equipped a Ranger javelin during the Season of Skulls Festival of 468 LV to patrol the crowd. When the Fort Tarsis citizens were allowed outside the gates during the lighting ceremony of the gate bonfire, a pale white wolven attacked a girl named Rin. Richards leapt with her her assault rifle. Her well-aimed shots to the beast’s head made it go limp and in turn, was a reason why the girl was alive that night.

Spears is a Freelancer who went underground in the search of a Shaper Energy, despite the warning from the linked cypher, in the Great Falls Canyon Subregion

The Skorpion Killers is a Freelancer guild whose members had lunch by the Praedean Falls in the Academy Ruins Subregion, after silencing a cataclysm.

Thetes

Thetes was a veteran Freelancer who won the Venter Race of 457 LV in his custom Interceptor javelin.

Varkas

Varkas is a Freelancer from Vas Bakir. According to Varkas, the Freelancer broke a Grenade Launcher when the two encuntered a Scar Turret while clearing a Ruin for some settlers near Kashal. In a letter to the Freelancer that claimed the Grenade Launcher belonged to Varkas, the lancer from Vas Bakir asked for a payment to scrape its cost.

Vendren

Vendren is a member of the Freelancer guild called Bantam Ursix 4 who was involved in silencing a cataclysm in the High Road Subregion.

Verder

Verder is a rookie Freelancer who was being trained by Haluk during the Icetide of 468 LV while travelling in his strider. Verder uses a Ranger javelin decorated in pink flame decals.

A Freelancer (Korox In the Box)

A friendly Freelancer helps Kogin the Korox while she is on her journey to find the Frost Fellow, so that she could ask for her sick friend Ardek the Anrisaur to get well in the popular folk tale Korox in the Box. This freelancer fights off a wolven and protects the little adventuring Korox.

Aelrede the Half-Eaten

Aelrede was a lancer who fought a bristleback and got caught inside its jaws. She allowed herself to be swallowed by the beast so that she could stab its heart from the inside. This story was told by Herschel to the Freelancer during the Season of Skulls Festival as one of the stories from the "Book of Defiance."

Alhazen

Alhazen is a fictitious Freelancer from the radio drama Dawnguard. He is also supposed to be a human-chimera.

Ansen

Ansen is a fictitious Freelancer from the radio drama The Crimson Lancer.

Braxton

Braxton is a fictitious Freelancer from the radio drama The Crimson Lancer.

Dallus

Freelancer Leaders

The following Freelancers are Grandmasters and behave like the leading representatives for the Freelancers. However, due to the independent nature of the Freelancers faction, they don’t exactly have any authority.

Grandmaster Solidus

Grandmaster Solidus is a Freelancer Grandmaster who at a young age caused confusion among the Dominion troops, making the Bastion troops win the day. Solidus nicknamed his Shotgun "Papa Pump". Since he became a great warrior, the weapon's name stuck on and the newer shotgun weapons based on Solidus' model were all given the name of Papa Pump.

It is assumed that his nickname was "Papa", from the weapon's cortex entry.

Grandmaster Gavinicus

Grandmaster Gavinicus is a Freelancer Grandmaster who fought three Chimeric Ursix at once with his team. His steadiness saved everyone. The witnesses called him "calm and terrible at the same time." He became the namesake of the Grenade Launcher called Balm of Gavinicus.

Encountered and Heroic Freelancers

These Freelancers are encountered during expeditions or are heroes who achieved marvelous feats to uphold the faction.

Beckman

Beckman was responsible for obtaining blueprints of a crude version of Rainmaker weapon from a Dominion camp. He was known for turning impossible situations into victories. While escaping the Dominion, Beckman made a dynamic last stand against them in the city of Delian Gol. The blueprints of this crude weapon somehow made it to the Arcanist Academy in the end, leading to the fully developed Rainmaker.

Bencana

Bencana is a Freelancer whose javelin was repaired by the Freelancer during the 466 LV's attempt to Silence the Heart of Rage. She was a part of Strider 2. It is unknown if she was able to escape with Haluk and the others, and neither is her current whereabouts known.

Kalish

Kalish was a Freelancer who was guarding a strider travelling with Arcanists Martul and Ballo. Unfortunately, an impostor portraying as a Freelancer killed Kalish and took over this strider. Fortunately, when Yarrow found this strider to be overdue, he made the Freelancer find its whereabouts, where they found out that Kalish was killed.

Pavic

Pavic is a Freelancer whose javelin was repaired by the Freelancer during the 466 LV's attempt to Silence the Heart of Rage. She was a part of Strider 2. It is unknown if she was able to escape with Haluk and the others, and neither is her current whereabouts known.

Ralner

Ralner was a Freelancer who made victory possible during the Skirmish at Dunar. Ralner had caused a firestorm between herself and the scar enemies using the dry atmospheric conditions. The Engineers later named the weapon Ralner's Blaze after this achievement.

Rizzo

Rizzo is a Freelancer whose javelin was repaired by the Freelancer during the 466 LV's attempt to Silence the Heart of Rage. He was a part of Strider 2. It is unknown if he was able to escape with Haluk and the others, and neither is his current whereabouts known.

Sparrow

Sparrow is a Freelancer who fought a Titan just beyond the Gate of the Rising Sun in the Sanctuary of Dunar. Unfortunately her battle caused this gate to collapse the ruin beyond it. In this memory, the gate is also called Sparrow's Gate, as found during finding the Elysian Secrets.

Teenen Prosh

Teenen Prosh is a Freelancer who was in love with Bex Marxel.

Against the warning of Yarrow, Teenen wanted to become a Freelancer. After heeding Yarrow's advise, Teenen prepared oneself, and then became a Freelancer and went on several eventful adventures. However, during one such venture, Teenen became lost inside the Foundry along with all the other missing people making the Mystery of the Emerald Abyss more real than fiction.

Teenen was finally freed from the place of eternal twilight by the Freelancer along with other missing persons. Teenen finally married Bex Marxel in 468 LV during the Season of Skulls Festival, ordained by Yarrow.

Trapper

Trapper was one of the few survivors of the first attempt to silence the Heart of Rage, only a few weeks after the Fall of Freemark. Unfortunately, the Titan, dubbed as Javelin Breaker killed almost every lancer in its vicinity before it was finally defeated. Trapper recovered a sample of Corium from the events, which is held in display in the Enclave of Fort Tarsis.
