Governor Tanner
Governor Tanner was a Governor of Fort Tarsis. He was the one who received the permission from Antium to extend the fort all the way up to the First Refuge. He was also responsible for the construction of the Radio Tower and the Sentinel towers in its vicinity.
Lady Teresan
Lady Teresan is a noblewoman in Antium. When Antium has the cape fever, Teresan wore a Saurian pink cape. She was seen speaking with Praxis Skale.
Praxis Skale
Praxis Skale is a nobility from Antium. When Antium has the cape fever, Skale wore a glittering black cape. Skale was seen speaking with Lady Teresan.
Flaxia (A Governor's Daughter)
Flaxia was a daughter of a past Governor of Fort Tarsis. This governor changed the original name the now Governor Springs as “Flaxia Strings” after his daughter. Soon after his successor Governor who had a feud with Flaxia, renamed the location to “Busybody Springs”, indicating how meddling Flaxia was. Eventually the springs were changed to Governor Springs by a Sentinel Commander.

Braceweld
Braceweld is a play writer who is known for writing the play Corvus in Fortuo. In this encatment, there is a Corvus diplomat who steals the Amplifier technology from Fortuo to bring it to Bastion. However, in reality, Amplifiers were independently developed by Corvus, causing a confusion among readers.
Constanza Yar
Constanza Yar is a humorist and a poet. Yar has written poems that even mock the members of the Royal Family, such as the one about Durnwin Dell in Darkwood Barrens.
Cutter Drayden
Cutter Drayden is the self-insert daredevil character name of an unnamed trinket seller in Fort Tarsis Market. Drayden wants to write about dangerous adventures outside the safety of the walls. He has many adventures of being in the wilderness and has written these adventures in his short work, I Laugh at Danger. This man actually goes outside the walls to like his work. It is a short story and at the end the merchant comes back to his senses and wants to go back to selling trinkets and pottery. The merchant's name might be Keeble Carnswile because that is how he beings the story, but later changes the name to Cutter Drayden.
Dalmatic
Dalmatic was a graffiti artist whose work was found to be in ruins in Legionnaire's Ravine. In the process of restoration, the Shadowmark Ladies Auxilliary outraged the Dalathie Society of Antium. Unfortunately, this structure was destroyed in 344 LV.
Darion Seer
Darion Seer is the author of the novel called A Strider in the Everweald. In his work, he describes the engineering marvels of Coda through the eyes of Engineers traveling across a region called The Everweald.
Eritono
Eritono is the author of the dramatic masterpiece called Raxion. The setting for this work is Helena's Walk, which became popular after this work was published.
Fallon Dalathie
Fallon Dalathie was a writer from the old days of Bastion. He is popular for his work The Freelancers Three, based on which the modern day principles of the Freelancers faction is based. Dalathie is known to have etched his name onto a Legion ruin found around the Legionnaire's Ravine. Dalathie is so popular that there is a Dalathie Society of Antium. Unfortunately, this structure was destroyed in 344 LV.
Dalathie's real name was Norl Quirk.
Lox Bergol
Lox Bergol is the author of Lost Sun and Rain. From this work, it can be assumed that Lox might be a lancer. Lox's faction is unrevealed. It could also be that Lox is a hired gun to protect the Arcanists and Engineers.
Micon Davall
Micon Davall is the author of a play based on Outlaws called Sythiss, the Outlaw King.
P.K. Ornwerth
P.K. Ornwerth is the author of a the Children's Tale called Tessi the Tesilar.
Tillaca Ben
Tillaca Ben< is the author of a the Careless Journey Into Sunset, which talks much about the Hollow.

Art is the son of Murph. One day, Art brought two Grabbits into his residence inside Fort Tarsis, without the knowledge of his father. The grabbits multiplied and destroyed Art's wardrobe and their entire house's floor!
Ali Drum
Ali Drum is a child of 7 years studying in Ms. Renda's class. Ali writes a thank you letter to the Freelancer after the Heart of Rage is completely silenced.
Bolda Fain
Bolda Fain is a child of 7 years studying in Ms. Renda's class. Bolda writes a thank you letter to Governor Teak and another one to the Freelancer after the Heart of Rage is completely silenced.
Griysh Tubbs
Griysh Tubbs is a child of 6 years studying in Ms. Renda's class. Griysh writes a thank you letter to Governor Teak and another one to the Freelancer after the Heart of Rage is completely silenced.
Rin
Rin is a tall, dark-haired girl. She is the daughter of a mechanic who works with Zoe. Duirng the Season of Skulls Festival of 468 LV, when all the residents of Fort Tarsis went outside to enjoy the main Bonfire, Rin was among a group of other youngsters. Unfortunately, the pale Wolven that snuck into the Fort's crown, got to her. Luckily, two lancers, Freelancer Richards, and Freelancer Jameson, rescued her.
Siblan Lor
Siblan Lor is a child of 6 years studying in Ms. Renda's class. Silban writes a thank you letter to Governor Teak and another one to the Freelancer after the Heart of Rage is completely silenced.
Lesser Known Bastion Citizens
Aelerede the Half-Eaten
Aelrede the Half-Eaten is a fictional character from one of the children's stories in the "Book of Defiance," a Season of Skulls Festival themed book of scary stories. Aelerede was was swallowed by a Bristleback, which led her to stab the chimera in the heart from the inside. Her story happens to be a favorite of Herschel.
Artemia Skal
Artemia Skal was one of the 15 passengers traveling to Antium from Shadowmark in a strider named "The Vanity". Unfortunately, according to Jarek Arnel, who was also onboard, Artemia did not survive the trip.
Barthen Jawl
Barthen Jawl was a miner who worked at the Skystone Mine. Unfortunately, he seems to have met with an accident. A strider traveling to Fort Tarsis carried his belongings which were to be returned to his family in the fort.
Behtma
Behtma is a Bastion citizen who really loves the Garaxis character from the Crimson Lancer. Perhaps more than her husband.
Beyza
Beyza is the owner of Beyza's Detailing. Beyza offers Javelin waxing and other cleaning services.

Crimson Crossroads are forums that discuss about Crimson Lancer.

Darian Fein was one of the 15 passengers traveling to Antium from Shadowmark in a strider named "The Vanity". Unfortunately, according to Jarek Arnel, who was also onboard, Darian did not survive the trip. Darian may be related to Sutkliff Fein.
Diena Saihl
Diena Saihl is a Fort Tarsis resident who leads the group of citizens who want to ban all Shaper Relics inside the fort. Arcanist Orun has opposed this idea.
Flaxia Dare
Flaxia Dare was one of the 15 passengers traveling to Antium from Shadowmark in a strider named "The Vanity". Unfortunately, according to Jarek Arnel, who was also onboard, Flaxia did not survive the trip. Flaxia may be related to Gallen Dare, Mecha Dare, Jaksen Dare, and Kyla Dare.
Flori
Flori was an old woman who lived in Arath, near the Watchtower of Arath. She is also eponymous of a character from the popular book The Freelancers Three, where she served Urry, Perimodes, and Gillimer a delicious broth from the ingredients she gatherred and hunted. This broth somehow has a recipe in the modern day, and is popularly called Flori's Soup.
Gallen Dal
Gallen Dal is a trader who was the last person to contact the remote settlement of Primoris. He says that all conversations between him and the Cypher at Primoris were professional, but there was a mention of a flock of butterflies before the transmission was ended.
Gallen Dare
Gallen Dare was one of the 15 passengers traveling to Antium from Shadowmark in a strider named "The Vanity". Unfortunately, according to Jarek Arnel, who was also onboard, Gallen did not survive the trip. Gallen may be related to Flaxia Dare, Mecha Dare, Jaksen Dare, and Kyla Dare.

Murph is a bookmaker in Fort Tarsis. One day, his son Art brought home a couple of Grabbits. Unfortunately to his dismay, the fauna multiplied and caused hazardous damage to his home. Murph thinks grabbits are a menace.
Lancy
Lancy is the owner of aGrabbit named Swish. One day, when a Storm Cloud showed up in the sky, Swish ran away. Lancy asked to be contacted in the Fort Tarsis Freelancer Enclave if Swish was found.
Lasseter San
Lasseter San is a trader who speaks of black secrets that the ground can spawn during a recorded statement.
Liander
Liander is a Bastion citizen who plays a lot of lute, much to the dismay of Valeria.
Lorell
Lorell is a trader who speaks about the Freelancer-Sentinel Relationship. Lorell thinks Sentinels are more dependable than Freelancers.
Loring Perth
Loring Perth was one of the 15 passengers traveling to Antium from Shadowmark in a strider named "The Vanity". Unfortunately, according to Jarek Arnel, who was also onboard, Loring did not survive the trip.
Lys Andrin
Lys Andrin is Sentinel Cal Andrin's mother. Lys thanks the Freelancer for rescuing her beautiful son from the Scars. In a letter she sends through Brin, she calls the Freelancer a gift and a treasure.
Mecha Dare

Renda is a teacher in Fort Tarsis. She is once seen arguing with a parent about not letting her child go to school, but credited only as a Teacher. She is also heard badmouthing the Freelancer near the Fort Tarsis Freelancer Enclave. After the complete silence of Heart of Rage, Renda sends a thank you letter to the Freelancer along with some of her students: Bolda Fain, Gryish Tubbs, Ali Drum, and Silban Lor.
Renerson Ped
Renerson Ped is an actor from Antium who plays the role of Sentinel Quincy in the radio drama, Detective Hops Mysteries. Ped previously played the part of a young Midderon in the radio drama called Legion's End.
Sutkliff Fein
Sutkliff Fein was one of the 15 passengers traveling to Antium from Shadowmark in a strider named "The Vanity". Unfortunately, according to Jarek Arnel, who was also onboard, Sutkliff did not survive the trip. Gallen may be related to Darian Fein.
Valeria
Valeria is a Bastion citizen who hates Liander for playing lute.
