Kit is an alien-toad like creature found in the Seasonal Store beside Herschel..
Biography[]
Kit used to be Herschel's mentor and boss before coming to Fort Tarsis. When the two were researching a Shaper relic, it went haywire. As a consequence of this accident, Kit was nowhere to be seen.
However, Herschel claimed that since this toad-like creature was the only thing around, and because it remained perched onto Kit's diary, it must be Kit.
Personality and Traits[]
Kit makes noises sometimes, but usually remains quiet.
Gameplay[]
Kit can be encountered when the freelancer first meets Herschel, the Augur who owns the Seasonal store.

When Herschel welcomes the Freelancer to his store for the first time:
Kit: "Rrwrow"
When the Freelancer asked if Kit was for sale:

Trivia[]
- In the Art of Anthem, a pet alien-toad was supposed to be on a strider. Kit's design is similar to one of its concept art, but colored differently.
- According to the journal entry, Timon Batrok wants to dissect Kit to solve the mystery behind the creature, and to satisfy his professional curiosity.
