Location District Headless Hollow District Header Image

Headless Hollow is a district of Eastern Reach Subregion found within the region of Northern Bastion, located in the nation of Bastion, on the planet Coda, as of the year 468 LV.

History

Headless Hollow is a dire location with mounds of vesnids and presence of Scar. It is not regularly visited by humans.

Some time ago, travelers witnessed seeing a “Phantom” javelin. If a certain cave is entered, a special area with some notes about this headless javelin can be read. This cavern is found directly behind Eastern Reach Overlook. The annotation says that the cave is a good location for a headless lancer. The Freelancer has ventured into this area to rescue Arcanists Ballo and Martul, who were inside an Overdue strider. Scars keep setting up camps here, so it is the duty of any lancers to destroy them, as of 468 LV. Occasionally outlaws can be seen here, usually battling scars for their presence in the territory.

There on the other side of the corridor was a lancer. It was some sort of old javelin, not like the kind you see today… its back was to me but I could tell something was funny about it. Gave me the chills. As I moved closer, I realized that the javelin… had no head! I must have gasped or made a noise or something, because then it turned around and looked at me. Or at least it would have, but it had no head!
