Diggs is a “Freelancer”

Diggs was meant to escort a Strider full of Arcanists to Fort Tarsis but never arrived.
In a subsequent mission, you find out that Diggs is actually an Outlaw posing as a Freelancer, and the lost Strider was salvaged for parts by Scars. Fortunately, the Arcanists were found, caged but healthy.
