Curate Trall Recent Dominion activity in the region calls for a refactoring of all access procedures to avoid enemy tampering.

Madame Chronicler Zahra Tol My dear Curate, with great respect, it takes longer than three years just to teach all the cyphers a new encryption technique.

Madame Chronicler Zahra Tol If we change encryption again, half of our cyphers will not be able to read the archives. Although I doubt some of them can read at all, really.

Curate Trall Esteemed Chronicler, if we don’t change the Fort Tarsis encryption and protect those archives, we will have larger problems than a few static-fogged young cyphers unfamiliar with discipline.
