Cariff the Tactician was a Legionnaire and member of the Legion of Dawn.
His tomb is located at the northern-most point of the Emerald Abyss. The inscription on his coffin reads: "We found him on the battlefield surrounded by rings of fallen urgoth, as ripples in a pond fall away from the stone that struck them..."
