Ancient Footsteps

Help Matti navigate Maur's clues to figure out what it was that Maur learned.

Unfortunately, the archive had already been taken, and Matti was targeted by a group of hired outlaws.

Tell Me Maur

Sumner wants to track down the person responsible for taking Raban Maur's data archive and attacking Matti's strider. Trace the movements of the hired outlaws to find the mastermind behind it all.

Secrets of the Auspex

See Cortex Entry: Secrets of the Auspex for More Details

Raban Maur's final data archive gives you the location of "the Auspex," a relic that Maur kept from the Symposium of Anshar. These actions eventually led to his death. The Matthias trio wants to retrieve the Auspex before the Symposium can get to it.

Outcome: The Symposium's agents were defeated, and Raban Maur's Auspex was kept out of their hands and delivered safely to Fort Tarsis. Now it's up to the Matthias trio to figure out what it is, and what it does.

Preventative Precautions

See Cortex Entry: Preventative Precautions for More Details

Sentinel Brin has heard about an unusual level of Scar activity at an Arcanist base. Investigate for her.

Outcome: You've recovered the missing Arcanist equipment from the Scars. Strangely, the Scars were trying to hook up the Arcanists' machines to a Shaper relic. Brin has noted this anomalous Scar behavior in her report.

Cautious Cooperation

See Cortex Entry: Cautious Cooperation for More Details

Beacons used by the Sentinels to predict Scar movement in the wild have been damaged. Brin needs someone to repair them, or she'll be in the dark.

What Freelancers Do

See Cortex Entry: What Freelancers Do for More Details
