Ablative Shielding is a Component that is used to provide armor and shield reinforcements to a Javelin. Apart from these Health reinforcements, it also provides javelins with additional perks that improve their overall combat prowess, making it a type of Combat Equipment.
Ablative Shielding is classified as a Colossus Component that can only be used by the Colossus Javelin.
Note: All numeric values (except the power level) mentioned are only applicable to the default state of the Component. It may be possible to increase or decrease the net values using inscriptions, but they will not be shown.

Ablative Shielding is an upgraded Structural Reinforcement. It is a component that heavily reinforces the Colossus armor and shields.
This item has a special ability, which is a procedural perk that can be activated by performing an action mentioned in its masterwork perk.
Masterwork Perk: A shield break increases damage resistance by 25% for 5 seconds.
